Dan brings extensive engineering leadership experience across complex, operations-driven environments, having led full-lifecycle software development, modernized legacy systems, and managed globally distributed teams.

His background spans security and systems management at Symantec and Veritas, CAD and PLM software at PTC, applicant-tracking platforms at Bullhorn, mobile messaging systems at OpenMarket, and automation in grocery and warehouse environments during his time at Takeoff Technologies.

Dan has driven Agile adoption, strengthened development workflows, and built scalable platforms that support high-volume operational networks. Working alongside the leadership team, Dan is building the engineering infrastructure, technology roadmap, and team capabilities that will support Davinci’s continued growth.
